Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT solutions in the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client business challenges and effectively position IT solutions to meet their needs, leveraging knowledge of data and AI platforms like Databricks.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape within the Philippines IT sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales Management within the IT solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated experience selling IT solutions in the Philippines market.
  • Specific knowledge or experience related to Databricks or similar data/AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
