Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels including email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing clear, concise, and helpful solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions meticulously within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product and development teams to help improve our offerings and services.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a customer support, customer service, or help desk role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for identifying root causes and practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting practices is a plus.
