What will be your responsibilities?

  • Implement ad campaigns across multiple channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
  • Continuously refine landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests to increase conversion rates and improve user journeys.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

What do we need from you?

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with working experience in the US market.
  • Expertise in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and budget management.
  • Experience in single-handedly managing a monthly budget of $20k — $50k.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.
