Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Recruitment Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end hiring solutions for our clients across IT, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors. Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates as per client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with client hiring managers, understanding their business needs and position requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of recruitment mandates.
- Use a mix of traditional and digital sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent for IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, and blue-collar roles.
- Maintain an updated talent pipeline and manage candidate databases efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Provide regular hiring status updates and market insights to clients.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, or blue-collar hiring.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience interfacing with clients/hiring managers is a must.
- High level of ownership, target orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in blue-collar and volume hiring.
- Exposure to multiple industry verticals.
