Thriversity is an employability and career-building ecosystem empowering students from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities with practical skills in communication, confidence, personal branding, problem-solving, and more - bridging the gap between college and career.
Role: Learning Content & Campus Engagement Intern
Mode: Hybrid
Location: Pune
Duration: 12–16 weeks

What You’ll Do:
Learning Content Creation (Major Focus – 70-80%)
- Work closely with the founder to take raw ideas, notes, and insights and convert them into engaging learning content (articles, guides, toolkits, presentations, student-facing posts).
- Create content that resonates with students and young professionals - simplifying concepts and making them actionable.
- Curate and design learning journeys (slides, worksheets, decks, caselets) that help students build employability skills.
Student Understanding & Research
- Interact with students to understand their mindset, aspirations, and challenges.
- Use these insights to co-create content that feels relevant, rela
table, and impactful.
Campus Engagement (20–30%)
- Support student outreach through peer networks, WhatsApp groups, and campus communities.
- Contribute to social media in a supportive role - creating short posts/reels to highlight Thriversity’s mission.
- Assist in planning and moderating engaging webinars, w
orkshops, and learning sessions.
Ecosystem Building
with student clubs, placement cells, and faculty to spread Thriversity’s vision.
Who Can Apply
- Current students or recent graduates from any stream.
- Strong interest in learning design, content writing, teaching, or education.
- Passionate about helping students grow, especially from underexposed backgrounds.
- Good at simplifying complex ideas and elaborating on raw thoughts.
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Canva, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Bonus: Experience in writing blogs, creating learning material, peer teaching, tutoring, campus campaigns, or event management.
