Overview:
The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for managing technology assets across hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, tracking, reconciling, reporting, and administering the procurement of all technology components (hardware and software).
- Working closely with Finance and all internal departments.
- Planning, receiving, investigating, and processing incoming vendor invoices.
Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of overall experience.
- At least 1-3 years of experience with technical procurement, software procurement, creation of purchase orders, purchase requisitions, capital requisitions, processing invoices, and reporting.
- Experience in vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Understanding of Personal Computers, components, and concepts.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial rules.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
- Good data analysis and data presentation skills.
