The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the staffing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients requiring staffing solutions across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience within the Staffing Industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and market research techniques.
