Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for one or more of our core product areas. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Write detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage product releases and ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile methodologies for product development and iteration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
