About 2care.ai: At 2care.ai, we’re building a personal AI health agent that helps families manage chronic conditions, starting with diabetes and hypertension. Our platform connects users via WhatsApp, a family dashboard, and AI voice agents, enabling lab report explanations, vitals monitoring, doctor coordination, and preventive health nudges. We aim to build trust, automation, and peace of mind.

What You’ll Build: As one of our first engineers, you’ll work directly with the founders and take ownership of core parts of the product. Your responsibilities will include:

• Shipping fullstack features across our Next.js + TypeScript app
• Building secure dashboards and report viewers used by patients, family members, and doctors
• Designing APIs and working on backend logic for health summaries, reminders, and AI calls
• Integrating AI models, voice flows, and WhatsApp workflows into our frontend
• Ensuring privacy, uptime, and data security for sensitive health data

What We’re Looking For: We value depth over years of experience and initiative over titles. You should have:

• 1–2 years of experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Good understanding of fullstack workflows (API routes, server actions)
• Solid SQL skills with experience using MySQL (PlanetScale is a bonus)
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and building clean, responsive UI
• Working knowledge of Redis and queues for async tasks (e.g., report parsing)
• Exposure to authentication systems like Clerk (OTP login, role switching, RBAC)
• Interest in LLM integrations using OpenAI/Gemini with safe prompt design
• This is a 6-day work week role. Bonus if you’ve worked with Sentry, GitHub Actions, Vapi, or WhatsApp bots.
