Future “AI-agent-first” stack could look like TypeScript-everywhere + Next.js foundation for DX consistency. Add a vector store (Pinecone / Weaviate) to power retrieval-augmented agents Use event streaming (Kafka or Cloudflare Queues at edge) so agents run in parallel and stay decoupled Package each medical agent as an isolated TypeScript service (AWS Lambda / Workers), orchestrated by a light workflow engine (LangGraph-style)

Responsibilities:

• Build lightning-fast web apps using Next.js + React + TypeScript, Tailwind, and Radix UI.
• Develop secure backend services via Next.js API routes & server actions with pure TypeScript.
• Design and implement data models on PlanetScale (MySQL), with Redis caches and Cloudflare Queues.
• Integrate Voice, WhatsApp (AiSensy), and email (AWS SES) channels for 24/7 communication.
• Implement AI integrations through our AI-SDK (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, MedLM, Retrieval-Augmented Gen, vector search) to power medical agents.
• Build HIPAA / GDPR-ready auth, storage, and audit trails using Clerk, S3, and encrypted logging.
• Own features end-to-end from design hand-off to production.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building production React / Next.js frontends and Node/TypeScript backends.
• Code fluent in backend development and experienced in modeling relational data for scale; PlanetScale experience is a plus.
• *** Healthcare Tech experience a BIG plus. **
• Experience shipping products in healthcare or another regulated data domain, understanding patient-safe design. Frontend work is a plus.
• Love plugging APIs, queues, caches, and LLMs together to create seamless product flows.
• Thrive on autonomy, fast iteration, and direct interaction with users, doctors, and founders.
