About 2care.ai: 2care.ai is building India’s first AI-powered health agent for chronic care, helping families manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and more across WhatsApp, web, and voice. We are an early-stage company with a live product, growing from zero to one, aiming to turn elder-care anxiety into confident, proactive care with AI Health Voice Agent, WhatsApp-first workflows, and a unified medical-data platform. Founded by founders that have scaled SaaS globally.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Own and run our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content.
• Draft, design, and post 6-8 engaging content pieces each week.
• Convert product updates, testimonials, and patient stories into posts.
• Create carousels, reels, and product explainers (using Canva, etc).
• Coordinate with freelancers, video editors, and designers for video production.
• Script product videos, plan founder-led shoots, and manage deadlines.
• Reach out to prospects (doctors, family members) on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• DM, follow up, and book demo calls for the founder team.
• Post and engage in WhatsApp & Facebook groups for visibility.
• Track leads, responses, and follow-up tasks in Notion or Google Sheets.
• Draft outreach emails, WhatsApp flows, and CTAs for new launches.
• Brainstorm content ideas based on real product use and user questions.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Bangalore and able to work hybrid (4 days in office).
• Enjoys making reels on Instagram and follows social media trends.
• Familiar with or excited to learn tools like Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, Mailtrack.
• Not afraid of sending cold DMs.
• Desires to convert this internship into a full-time role and grow with the company.
• Bonus: Basic design or video editing skills.
• Ability to use AI tools (Runway, Descript, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up workflows.
